NOVEMBER  2023

Welcome to the final edition of the Navigator for 2023! As we reflect on the year, we’re looking at how technology and innovation have influenced the way care is offered to members. The COVID-19 pandemic forever changed the way we offer behavioral and physical health care. Not only does technology play a bigger role than ever before, but innovation is also essential to navigating this new landscape. Embracing creative approaches has become an important piece in offering care and being willing to adapt and change has become imperative.

As we look toward 2024, some exciting additions are in the works. We’re expanding our scope to include important information relevant to the community, our impact, and your impact; as well as updates from the Colorado Access Foundation. If you receive the Provider Update, we will continue to send that monthly. If you do not receive the Provider Update, please send an email to providernetworkservices@coaccess.com that includes your practice/provider name and an email address to receive the communication (preferably a practice email address, not a staff email).

We look forward to hearing from you with any feedback or questions you may have and bringing you more stories in the new year. You can always send us an email at providercommunication@coaccess.com. Thank you, as always, for being a part of our network of providers.

In good health,
