Join Our Provider Advisory Groups
We are looking for providers with diverse perspectives to serve on our advisory groups. We invite you to apply if you can share your suggestions and understandings to improve the health care experience and outcomes for Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid program) and Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) members. We welcome applications from all provider types, including primary care, behavioral health, oral health, specialists, nursing facilities, and long-term support services. You don’t need previous advisory group experience to apply. We provide language interpretation and accommodations for people living with disabilities.
To apply, complete the brief application at coaccess.com/partnering/getinvolved by May 31, 2025. After you apply, we will invite you to join us for an information session to learn more about each advisory group and determine the best fit. If you’re unsure about applying or have questions, contact us at getinvolved@coaccess.com. |
