The team provides leadership development, professional growth opportunities, employee engagement support, coaching, organizational development consulting, and job-specific training to employees of Colorado Access. They collaborate with internal departments to support individual and team professional development, in-person and online training design and development, technology system roll-out training (for example, the new HRIS and GuidingCare systems), onboarding for new hires, team building activities, and employee
engagement efforts.
Learning and development collaborates with external provider departments on team building activities, an online learning management system, and developing online learning. In 2020, the team will also begin collaborating with community organizations to implement virtual panel discussions.
