A new and improved provider directory!
Our new directory was released on Monday, September 28th. The upgrades include searching by behavioral health subspecialty, for conditions like anxiety or trauma.
You also have the ability to compare up to four different providers at one time!

There’s also many new filters and sorting options to help narrow down your search, like ADA accessibility and telehealth services.

You can find the new directory here or on our website at coaccess.com
Telehealth Satisfaction
We are pleased to share the results of our member satisfaction survey regarding telehealth, provider satisfaction and access to care. We began administering this survey in June 2020, and hundreds of members participated. Questions were vetted through our member council and some were sourced from the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey. Read more about this here.
It’s a New World the Future of Telehealth Solutions
We invite you to a telehealth solutions forum brought to you by Colorado Access and AccessCare Services on Friday, October 23rd from 8:30 a.m. to 12:05 p.m. Join us as we share our telehealth experience, discuss emerging behavioral health adaptations, and bring together innovators with creative solutions. Medical and telehealth experts from Colorado Access, University of California Davis Health, and University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus will explore telehealth models for unique behavioral populations and novel approaches for substance use services. XTen Training
On September, 26 Claims Xten was implemented. This augments the existing MMIS claims module to edit or deny claims that are not properly submitted for claims submitted on and after 9/26/2020. Many private payers use Claims Xten tool for claims processing, so you may already be familiar. Provider trainings are available through month of October. Learn more here.
IntelliRide Feedback Requested!
IntelliRide is committed to listening to feedback from the Health First Colorado members using the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services to help improve customer service. They have put together a brief survey that will help them get a better understanding of how the program is working for members. On the survey, please have your patients rate their experience working with IntelliRide’s Reservationist team and IntelliRide’s network of transportation providers. PROVIDER RELATIONS SPOTLIGHT

Though Denver native Elina Navarro has worked at Colorado Access for just three years, she actually brings 15 years of health care experience to her role.

Driven by the goals and values of Colorado Access, she enjoys being a provider relations representative because she can build strong relationships with providers and remove barriers to member care.

Her mother, husband, and daughter inspire her to make the world a better place and guide all her actions within her home and out in the world with love. Outside of work, Elina loves to read, garden, and spend time with her family. She also loves to spend time in the mountains.

Elina is crafty by nature and enjoys making soap, dry herbs, spices and lotion. But it doesn’t stop there! She is also an excellent cook.
